| Q1. How is bta different from the others? |
| A1. Our silicone products are made of 100% pure silicone, no alternative materials (such as TPR) is added. Pure silicone is odor-free, strong, anti-static, dust proof and ultra slim that is perfect-fitted to your devices preserving the original features and shape with good looking and protection.
Our crystal case products are made of strong Polycarbon (PC) against others Dura-flex, ABS or acrylic fiber. Our PC is rather stronger and anti-scratching, temperature resistance, clear opacity, sleek and tough enough to absorb external pressure.
Our leather products offer choices of wide range leather/PVC/PU materials. With over 10-years experience in the field, we given a guarantee of workmanship on quality satisfaction. |
| Q2. Are bta products safe for health? |
| A2. Yes, our silicone are completely safe with U.S. 21 F.D.A. Regulation Part 177.2600 (rubber articles) standard.
On leather materials should subject to the final custom made material, certificates and test reference can be submitted upon requested.
On those coloring, we also offer non-Hydrazine color ink and Azo-free dye to match with health regulation standards.

| Q3. Can I wash my bta product? |
| A3.
Other than leather-made, most of our products are finished or pre-coated to be dust-proofed. In case of dusty or such, simply place it under running tap water with gently rub. No detergent or other chemicals. |
| Q4. What colors are available? |
| A4. Jelly white, jelly black, dark black, jelly pink and jelly blue are basic in our silicone family. And we can produce wide spectrum of customized colors communicated base on Pantone Color Matching System, from which minimum order quantity (MOQ) has to be met. Of course, we can also do custom colors for all crystal products and choice of leather materials. |
| Q5. Can I put logos or brand names? |
| A5. Yes, and this will consider as a MOQ custom-order.
For silicone and crystal products: we can do silkscreening, engraving, embossing and metal plate logos / brand names.
For leather products: we can do silkscreening, hot stamping, embossing, laser engraving and/or metal plate logos / brand names.

Usually we delivered small quantity order by UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT to meet up with instructions. And we shipped air freight or by sea for large bulk quantity orders. |
